AGREEMENT

Welcome to our website("Rentexel"), a single-family rental property expense management software as a service ("Service"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Service. By using this site, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. Please review these terms and conditions carefully.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, THEN YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE.

At Dangulee LLC ("Company", "we", "our", "us"), we proudly developed and present Rentexel to serve you.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use Rentexel. By using our Service, you warrant that you meet these requirements.

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To use our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Password and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account details. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, immediately notify the Company. Ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session when accessing the Service. The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account.

USE OF THE SERVICE

Our Service will send SMS to the Landlord and Tenants as required to notify about an emergency repair service.

  • Standard messaging rates may apply.
  • Landlord and Tenant must approve and explicity enable the option to get SMS in our Service.

You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

  • Use our Service in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
  • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm the Company or users of our Service.
  • Use our Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.

SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT

Access to useful features of our Service will require you to purchase a subscription. To facilitate payment for the service via credit card, we use Stripe ("Payment Processor"). All payment data is stored by Stripe, Inc. If you dispute any charges, you must inform the Company within thirty (30) days.

Fees

Rentexel service is made available for a fee. You must be authorized to use the payment instrument to pay that fee. You will be responsible for all taxes associated with the Service, other than taxes based on Company's net income.

Refunds and Cancellations

Payments made by you are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise determined by the Company. You may cancel your subscription by emailing us at: subscription@rentexel.com

SMS FOR URGENT REQUEST

Landlord will receive text messages from their tenants regarding urgent requests, such as a water leak or AC stopped working.

  • You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the Rentexel 10DLC phone number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  • If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help by emailing us at: support@rentexel.com
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
  • As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive 1 message for each urgent request. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, features, and functionality of our Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of the Company and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your use of our service is also governed by our privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy.

TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Service, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • your use or inability to use the Service;
  • any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
  • any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
