This privacy policy ("Policy") applies to all information collected through our single-family rental property expense management software (Rentexel) and other third-party services used in Rentexel to provide you authentication (Okta) and payment (Stripe) capabilities (we refer to them collectively in this privacy policy as the "Services").

We collect your and your tenant's birthdate; first name, last name; email addresses; phone numbers; property address; photo of your property; expense details; photo of your expense receipts; and other similar data.

Authentication Data

When you signup to our service, we collect your email address to process your authentication. All authentication and authentication data is stored by Okta. You may find their privacy policy here.

Payment Data

When you subscribe to our service, we collect data necessary to process your payment, such as your credit card number, and the security code associated with your payment instrument. All payment data is stored by Stripe. You may find their privacy policy here.

2. Data automatically collected

We automatically collect data when you visit, use or navigate the Services, such as your IP address, your browser type, your operating system, your access times, and other similar data. Our Services also collect information through cookies and similar technologies.

Although we will do our best to protect your data, transmit to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access our Services within a secure environment.

1. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

We keep your data as long as you maintain an account with us. Before you terminate your subscription, you can delete most of your data except subscription payment information. We will delete all your account and payment data after 7 days of non-subscription.

WE DO NOT COLLECT DATA FROM CHILDREN

We do not allow anyone under the age of 18 to create an account in our Services.
